When we lose someone dear to us, it can be very difficult to mange simple tasks or just get through day to day life. Many emotions play havoc on us and we may feel empty, alone and maybe even a little scared.

Grief may come over us unexpectedly and takes time and patience to get through all the stages, before we start feeling like ourselves again and I hate to be the bearer of bad news but we’re all going to die someday. (Let’s face it, no one is getting outta here alive.)
Also, it’s important to know that our loved ones are still with us in spirit and knowing about the death and dying process helps us move through life a little easier.
