As your grief counselor, I will help you identify where you are in the grieving process and understand what needs to occur to develop a new way of coping with loss in your life, and learning to live without the significant person (or pet) you have lost. Grief therapy will also help you deal with the feelings and emotions of your loss, both through learning and expressing these feelings with others. I can also help you learn more about the seven stages of grief, which is an important aspect of grief counseling.
